10mm Corrugated Plastic Sheets | Durable Coroplast Sheets at Low Cost

10mm coroplast board is a heavy-duty polypropylene fluted sheet with excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance. This thicker grade is ideal for industrial use because it can handle repeated handling, stacking, and transport without cracking. Common applications include custom returnable packaging boxes for large machinery and spare parts, protective partitions and separators for automotive components, layer pads and dunnage for logistics, and surface protection for valuable products during storage or shipment.

This material is widely known under different names in different markets: pp corrugated sheet, correx board, fluteboard, polypropylene fluted sheet, coroplast panel, and corrugated polypropylene sheet. All refer to the same twin-wall hollow structure made from polypropylene (PP), which is lightweight, waterproof, and reusable — making it a cost-effective alternative to cardboard and wood in heavy packaging and export supply chains.

  • Grade: Ordinary, Corona treated, Anti-static/ESD, Conductive, UV stabilized, and Fire-rated;

  • Packing: PE film or as customers' requirements;

  • Color: White/blank, blue, black, grey, red, orange, or customized; Among them, black 5mm corrugated plastic sheet is the most popular.

Product Options

1. For corrugated plastic layer pads

Corrugated plastic sheets 4x8 10mm can be directly used for layer pads and partitions. The most common is for the storage and transportation of bottled or canned products.

2. For 10mm coroplast signs

With the development of business, more and more businesses need to promote themselves in the form of advertisements, so 10 mm coroplast boards are often used for 10mm coroplast signs or product display stands.
